Who We Are

Every child deserves to feel loved, supported, and celebrated. Project KARE exists to bring moments of hope and joy to children and families served by Stark County Job & Family Services. From birthdays and graduations to the everyday essentials that make life brighter, we work to remind kids that they matter. We also honor the incredible foster and adoptive parents who open their hearts and homes to care for Stark County’s most vulnerable children.
